A packaging fix-up for the Linux beta. No app changes — same PgCraft, packaged properly.

Fixes

• Flatpak now launches. The Flatpak shipped against a runtime without WebKitGTK, so it wouldn't start; it now uses the GNOME runtime that bundles it.
• Real application icon across all packages (AppImage, .deb, Flatpak) instead of the placeholder.
• Store metadata: software centres now show the developer (GrepForge Solutions Inc.), the licence, and the version.

• This is a beta — please send bugs and ideas via pgcraft.app/contact.
• Pro is coming at 1.0; the free tier stays the full daily driver.
