PgCraft 0.7.5. Automated releases. This is the first PgCraft build cut end-to-end by CI: pushing the v0.7.5 tag builds the slim AppImage on the local runner, publishes it (with a matching SHA-256) to pgcraft.app, and refreshes the download page automatically — no hand steps.
0.7.4 — 2026-07-10
Smaller download. The AppImage is about a third smaller — roughly 82 MB, down from ~124 MB — after removing a large runtime component that was bundled twice. Same app, same features; it just downloads and auto-updates faster.

Update-flow maintenance build. A maintenance release that exercises the one-click update flow end to end: on 0.7.2, the Update now button downloads this build, verifies it, and replaces the app in place.

One-click updates. The update banner gains an Update now button — PgCraft downloads the new version, verifies it, and replaces itself in place, then offers to restart. No manual re-download, and your applications-menu entry keeps working.

Add to Applications menu. On first run, PgCraft offers to add itself to your applications menu, so you can launch it from the app launcher afterwards — no separate tools needed.

AppImage-first distribution. The public beta as a single portable AppImage — no install, no dependencies — that follows your system theme and shows a real application icon in the launcher, taskbar, and window.

Packaging fix. A small packaging fix: the running app now shows its real application icon in the taskbar, window title bar, and Alt-Tab switcher instead of a placeholder.

First public beta. The first public beta of PgCraft — a fast, native PostgreSQL GUI for Linux, free to use every day: multiple connections, a real SQL editor, safe inline editing with a DML diff, schema browser and DDL viewer, read-only ER diagrams, EXPLAIN viewer, and NL→SQL with your own AI key.
Coming next: the free 1.0 release, then a one-time Pro upgrade (v1.1) with the advanced EXPLAIN / ER / AI tooling.
